Pavan Kumar Reddy Meka
CEO
Pavan is a finance professional with a background spanning investment banking, private equity, and M&A advisory. An alumnus of Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business (Master of Quantitative Management, Finance) and Wake Forest University (B.S. in Finance, Entrepreneurship minor), he brings experience from Guggenheim Partners, Five Points Capital, Acclaro Growth Partners, and Reynolda Equity Partners.

Labib is a DevOps and security specialist with deep expertise in AI, self-hosting, and compliance-aligned deployment. He has contributed to open-source projects and organizations including XynosLab, and Cypher Knights, and regularly publishes technical guides on deploying secure infrastructure with Docker, Flutter, and cloud-native tools.
At SovereignML, Labib leads technical architecture, engineering, and implementation, ensuring every solution is scalable, compliant, and client-controlled.

Subba is a seasoned Software Quality Assurance Engineer and Certified Scrum Master with over two decades of experience in technology and process improvement. A graduate of Andhra University, he began his career at Republic Mortgage Insurance Company (RMIC), where he spent 17 years developing expertise in enterprise testing, systems analysis, and software reliability.
He later held key roles at PepsiCo, Mayo Clinic, and Flowers Foods, leading agile QA initiatives and ensuring mission-critical systems met the highest standards of performance and compliance. At SovereignML, Subba oversees operational integrity, QA frameworks, and agile delivery—driving reliability, scalability, and cross-team alignment across all deployments.
