SovereignML provides a platform for training, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models within private infrastructure. We provide the software and tools to enable this, but you retain full ownership of your data and models.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the security of your infrastructure and access credentials;
• ensuring you have the necessary rights to the data you use with our Service;
• complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

SovereignML retains all rights to the platform software and underlying technology. You retain all rights to your data, fine-tuned model weights, and any outputs generated by your models.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SovereignML shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
